Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING (U.S. & Canada)

Wine Bag orders received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (12:00 p.m. Pacific Time) Monday through Thursday will be shipped next day. Wine Bag orders received Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday (except on holidays). Wine Bag orders requiring a personal check, money order, or bank draft will be shipped upon receipt of funds. Please contact us directly if you wish to pay by means other than credit card.

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of all items in your order. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If ordering a large amount of wine bags, please contact us to get a quote for freight. Typically, wine bag orders up to 3lbs will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. Most wine bag orders over 3lbs will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. It is up to the sole discretion of Talon Development which shipping carrier will be chosen for each order unless expressly requested by customer. Talon reserves the right to refuse any request. Please contact us for details. 

Canadian customers instead of paying International Shipping Rates will now only pay US Postal Service Rates for Priority mail and will receive shipments by Air Mail.



You may return most new, unopened wine bags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; some restrictions apply. 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of shipping your wine bag back to our location, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return a wine bag, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.



Customers wishing to return merchandise for a refund, credit and / or exchange must do so within 30 days from date of purchase. Returns must be shipped prepaid. Sorry, no freight collect packages will be accepted. We appreciate a description of the reason for the return of the merchandise.



WineBagCentral.com warrants all merchandise against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase unless otherwise stated (lifetime in some cases). This warranty shall not apply to any item where defects have been caused by improper customer assembly, failure by customer to follow instructions, product modification, negligent or improper operation. Defective items must be shipped prepaid.



WineBagCentral.com's liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective products in accordance with WineBagCentral.com limited warranty. WineBagCentral.com shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, directly or indirectly arising out of WineBagCentral.com's sale of merchandise, including failure to deliver any merchandise, or arising out of customer's installation or use, whether proper or improper, of the product, separately or in combination with other equipment, or from any other cause.



International orders are processed in the same manner as domestic orders above for all methods of payment.



Shipping is via courier or postal service, depending on size and weight of package. Online order shipping rates are estimates based on average international shipments. Those rates are added to your order to give you an estimate of the overall cost. WineBagCentral.com will apply actual shipping charges to all international destinations. Some courier shipments to international destinations may require a certificate of origin. WineBagCentral.com will provide a certificateof origin at no cost.
